It’s that time of year again! To ensure prompt filing and avoid penalties, please provide us with your 1099 information by January 15, 2025. As a reminder, we recently emailed all clients with detailed instructions, so be sure to check your inbox for additional information.
Key Filing Requirements
$600 or more: Payments to individuals, partnerships, and LLCs for services or rent (including pasture rent).
$600 or more: Payments to individuals, partnerships, LLCs, and corporations for medical services (including veterinary).
$10 or more: Payments to individuals, partnerships, and LLCs for interest.
These forms must be provided to recipients and the IRS by January 31, 2025. Late filings may incur penalties, so don’t delay!
