Key Filing Requirements
$600 or more: Payments to individuals, partnerships, and LLCs for services or rent (including pasture rent).
$600 or more: Payments to individuals, partnerships, LLCs, and corporations for medical services (including veterinary).
$10 or more: Payments to individuals, partnerships, and LLCs for interest.
These forms must be provided to recipients and the IRS by January 31, 2024. Late filings may incur penalties, so don’t delay!
