Chelsea Hanson is one of the first people clients meet in our Whitefish office, but her role stretches far beyond a warm welcome. She is the steady hand behind much of Swanson Agency’s growth "Across the Divide" — leading our client newsletter, website, and communication channels, while helping the team adopt new client-facing tools. By keeping details aligned and projects moving, Chelsea ensures our growth feels seamless to clients and staff alike.

Her path to Swanson Agency began in an unexpected place — working as a nanny, where she learned the value of trust, patience, and communication. Those same qualities now shape the way she serves clients and supports the team. Married into a multi-generation Flathead Valley farm family, Chelsea’s Montana roots continue to deepen, even as she brings fresh energy and forward-thinking to the agency.

When she’s not at work, Chelsea is often outdoors with her husband and their dog — hiking, biking, camping, or planning their next adventure. Having traveled to nearly every U.S. state, she’s only got Rhode Island and Louisiana left on her list. Whether she’s exploring the country or helping Swanson Agency chart its own path forward, Chelsea brings a balance of warmth, organization, and future-focused drive that has quickly made her an indispensable part of the team.
