Diane Field

Diane Field’s journey to Swanson Agency began in a way that speaks to the close-knit connections of small-town Montana. While her husband was reviewing their insurance with Dan Rogers and RT, they asked if she might be interested in joining the team. Diane stopped in to talk about the job, and before long, she was hired — beginning a role that would let her pair her friendly nature with her desire to help others. Alongside Joann, her camaraderie and laughter earned them the nickname “Thing 1 and Thing 2,” a reflection of how naturally they put people at ease.

Her ties to the land and community run deep. Diane and her husband farm near Pendroy on land that has been in his family for over a century, and today their sons are carrying on the legacy as the fifth generation to work the soil. That sense of heritage and continuity is part of what makes Diane’s work at Swanson Agency so meaningful. She loves visiting with clients, listening to their stories, and finding ways to support them with the same warmth and competence she brings to her own family and farm.

Outside of work, Diane’s happiest moments are spent with her family — especially her six grandsons, who keep life lively and full. She and her husband also look forward to traveling more together, adding new experiences to their shared story. Whether at the office, on the farm, or out making memories with loved ones, Diane embodies what it means to honor Montana roots while staying focused on the future.
