In this role, you'll be responsible for managing client administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, calendar management, and email organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input data into systems and databases

  • Manage client schedules, meetings, and deadlines

  • Prepare and format documents for professional use

  • Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software

  • Excellent communication and time management abilities

  • Prior experience in administrative roles is a plus
