In February of 1978, Joann Snodgrass walked through the doors of Swanson Agency for what would become her first and only job. While her dad was doing his income taxes with John Swanson, the conversation turned to the fact that their secretary was leaving. Her dad mentioned that Joann was looking for a secretarial position, and before long she was sitting at a desk inside the agency, beginning a career that would span decades.

Over the years, Joann has grown alongside Swanson Agency, wearing many hats and serving generations of clients. With deep family roots in the area, her connection to the agency and community is woven into her everyday work. She finds fulfillment in helping both tax and insurance clients with whatever needs arise, always striving to give her best.
